Weiss, a magician living in the scoundrel-filled Zenith, finds a high elf girl for sale, a higher level elf species that is said to be extinct. He decides to buy her and raise her as his daughter. The high elf doesn't even know how to speak the language, but Weiss' hard work in raising her seems to be paying off...?
